An expansive lawn leads right to the waters edge, with a dock perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, or enjoying a favorite beverage as you watch the world go by. Our large one story lodge style home features at it's center a great room with a fireplace and large flat screen TV. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is open to the great room and dining area with counter top stools for eating or conversation. Each of the four bedrooms offer super comfortable beds, two with kings, one with a king bed and twin trundle beds, and one with two twins. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Two of the three bathrooms have shower, vanity, and toilet, and the third a bathtub with shower and separate vanity. Read and relax in the quiet sun porch (no TV here!). The lakeside deck is lovely for patio dining and the lower deck features a brand new Hot Tub for your enjoyment.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, carport, and washer and dryer. The location is just 18 minutes from the center of downtown and 5 minutes from grocery shopping. Each bedroom is very roomy. The first bedroom has a king bed with a trundle bed that sleeps 2 more and it's own bathroom with a shower, toliet and sink. Each bedroom has a flat screen t.v. The second bedroom has a king bed with a view of the lake with it's own bathroom that also opens to the den by an additional door. The third bedroom also has a lake view with 2 twin beds that open into the sun room or into the master bedroom.
